Llyn Anafon from Aber Falls 2024
This is another half day walk in the series “Walk to Water” where we walk to small lakes and tarns.
Walk Details
Starting at the upper car park for Aber Falls, we will walk up a steep minor road fro 1.5km before reaching the open hillside. We then ascend gradually on a good track with the lower Carneddau providing the back drop to Llyn Anafon. After a break we then return by the same route.

- Distance: 11 km / 6.8 miles
- Ascent: 457 metres / 1499 feet
- Meet: Upper car park for Aber Falls. Follow the road through Aber, then turn left over the bridge and turn right to get to the car park.
